生效日期：2026 年 10 月 4 日 · 使用 azjob.work、网站或 App 即表示你同意本条款。

1. 服务内容

azjob 汇总企业公开招聘信息，并提供搜索、收藏、求职看板、提醒和会员解锁功能。职位、薪资、签证和中文要求等信息可能由自动规则提取，可能不完整、过期或有误。请始终以雇主原始职位页面和官方信息为准。

2. 不构成专业建议或录用保证

azjob 不提供法律、移民、税务或职业资格建议，也不保证任何雇主会提供签证、回复申请、安排面试或录用。涉及身份和移民的问题请咨询合格专业人士或政府部门。

3. 账号与可接受使用

• 你必须年满 16 岁，并提供准确的账号信息，妥善保管登录凭据。
• 不得批量抓取、转售或复制本站数据，不得绕过会员限制、干扰服务、冒充他人或进行违法活动。
• 违反条款、危害用户或服务安全时，我们可以限制或暂停账号；法律允许时会提前通知。

4. 会员、付款与自动续费

• 价格以付款页面显示为准，默认以美元结算；适用税费可能另行收取。
• 月付或年付会员会在每个计费周期自动续费，直到你取消。付款由 Stripe 处理。
• 你可以在「账户 → 会员与付款」取消自动续费。取消后，本期权益保留至当前周期结束，之后降为免费版。
• 恢复自动续费后，订阅会在原续费日继续续费。价格调整会依法提前通知，并仅在允许的时间生效。

退款条件见《退款政策》。

5. 第三方服务与外部链接

本站会链接到雇主网站，并使用 Cloudflare、Stripe、Resend、Google 或 Apple 等服务。第三方服务由其各自条款管理； azjob 不控制外部职位页面的内容、可用性或招聘决定。

6. 知识产权

azjob 的品牌、界面、代码和原创内容受适用法律保护。企业名称、商标及原始职位内容归各自权利人所有。你可以为个人求职合理使用本站，不获得转售或商业复制权。

7. 服务变更、可用性与责任限制

我们可能改进、暂停或终止部分功能，并会尽力保持服务可靠，但不保证持续无错误或不中断。在法律允许的最大范围内， azjob 不对因依赖职位信息、外部网站、求职结果、数据丢失或服务中断造成的间接或后果性损失负责。法律不允许排除的责任不受本条限制。

8. 终止

你可以随时停止使用服务、取消订阅或删除账号。删除账号不会自动产生退款；已付款项按退款政策处理。终止后，性质上应继续有效的条款仍然有效。

9. 条款变更与联系

重大变更会通过网站或账号联系方式合理通知。继续使用变更后的服务即表示接受新条款；法律要求另行同意的除外。问题请联系 sunhanqing82@gmail.com。

Effective October 4, 2026 · By using azjob.work, its website, or app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

azjob aggregates public job postings and provides search, saved jobs, an application board, alerts, and membership unlocks. Job, salary, visa, and language information may be extracted automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always verify information on the employer's original posting and official sources.

2. No professional advice or employment guarantee

azjob does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or professional advice and does not guarantee sponsorship, responses, interviews, or employment. Consult a qualified professional or government authority when needed.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information, and protect your credentials. You may not scrape or resell the service, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or use it unlawfully.

4. Membership, billing, and renewal

Prices shown at checkout control and are normally charged in USD, plus applicable tax. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Cancel from Account → Membership & billing; access continues through the paid period, then returns to Free. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Third parties

Employer sites and providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Google, and Apple have their own terms. azjob does not control external job pages or hiring decisions.

6. Intellectual property

azjob's brand, interface, code, and original content are protected by applicable law. Employer names, marks, and original postings belong to their respective owners. The service is licensed for personal job-search use, not resale.

7. Availability and liability

We may change or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, azjob is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from job information, external sites, hiring outcomes, data loss, or interruption. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the service, cancel a subscription, or delete your account at any time. Account deletion does not itself create a refund. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
